Sign Stands and Sidewalks: A Perfect Match

It's the smallest city in the smallest country in the country, and I am lucky enough to live directly in the center of it. Regardless of the fact that the city's less than two square miles (two-and-a-half of which are technically water) we have got a vibrant and booming downtown area.
